Ask Poopreport: What's Wrong With My Poo?
As long as I can remember, I've had a problem. To start, I just can't hold it. I get no forewarning when I have to poop. I go from being normal to running to the toilet in a second. I also never really have formed poop; it's sometimes thick like soft serve ice cream or like pudding, and it burns the skin it comes in contact with. It's usually acidic and smelly and yellow.
My stomach feels like it's constantly turning, like I ate something that was bad. From my stomach to under my left rib cage, and to all the way down on the left side, turning and winding its way around my belly button, I have constant pain, fire, cramping and stabbing.
A doctor performed an anal scope one me six months ago and just said I had IBS. He prescribed Librax for me, but it isn't effective at all. I don't know what my next step should be and was hoping someone would have an answer.
I want to thank you immensely for putting up the site. Thanks for your time.
