Mr. Floatie: the Canadian political poo

PoopReporter The Holy Shitter forwarded an amusing news story to the BM Newswire last week. The story, reported by a Vancouver, British Columbia news service, tells of a concerned citizen who dressed up as a six-foot turd to protest Victoria's dumping of raw sewage into the Pacific Ocean.

James Skwarok, aka "Mr. Floatie," passed out toilet paper business cards after being barred from a political candidates' meeting for apparently looking to realistically like shit -- and possibly for smelling too authentic as well.

Skwarok, who presides over POOP (People Opposed to Outfall Pollution), claims the city's practice of flushing about 30 million gallons of raw sewage daily into the ocean bums him out. Scientists consulting for the city's politicians claim no harmful effects, but some local officials say the practice damages their hometown's image.

I don't get what this guys problem is. Human waste is natural and doesn't fall under the category of "pollution" in my mind. Whats next, is he gonna start protesting about all the sea life dropping there little and not so little dueces in the ocean? Besides, what we consider "waste" is concidered "food" by lots of little shit eating sea creatures.

You know with all the fucked up shit going on in the world right now you think he could find something worthwhile to protest. Find another cause, douche bag.
