Stuck in the Toilet

A 2-year-old Canadian boy got his arm stuck in a toilet while trying to put TP at the bottom of the bowl. The poor kid is currently potty-training. Looks like his training will have to cover toilet safety as well.

And on a slightly stranger note, in the UK a chipmunk was rescued from a toilet by firefighters. I'm a bit curious, what was a chipmunk doing in a toilet anyway? Sounds like there's a bit more to this story that's not being told!

One question, where were the parents?

I would think that the parents of a 2yr old would supervise the child in the bathroom.
