Ok, all well and good but, what if a little kid gets ahold of the poop/peanutbutter combo.

That is such a stupid idea. That would take more time, effort, and money than just scooping the poop. Why don't they just start instituting a fine or something?

And who the HELL is going to go around spreading peanut butter on turds?!? Why wouldn't you just pay that same guy to scoop the poop?

I think this is a great idea. It's stupid in the short run, but I think pet owners will get used to this idea. Of course it will be expensive in the beginning, but after 6 months of this, you'll bet no owners will leave their pet's poop all laying around.

Yuck! It's unsanitary, unnecessary, impractical, ineffective, etc., blah, ad infinitum. I can't believe this was a serious idea.

This is a terribly inhumane idea that treats dogs as second class citizens. I
have noticed that when dog shit and peanut butter are mixed they both stick to the roof of your mouth. How would Jim Posy like to go around all day with a dog turd stuck to his palate?

Perhaps little bowls of beer could be placed next to the turds to facilitate the swallowing process. I"m sure the dogs would be properly appreciative.
