Well, not necessarily justice, but resolution, at least. Packers' fullback Najeh Davenport agreed to community service to settle charges that he broke into a dorm and crapped in some girl's closet.
However, Davenport denies the charges. "Where's the evidence? Where's the manure?" Davenport asked outside court. "I know I didn't do it — I just wanted to get it over with."
Davenport was referring to the fact that the university didn't preserve the feces -- "because it cannot not yield DNA samples and would have been useless as evidence."
The fact that, even without physical evidence, a turd terrorist can still be punished is good news to PoopReporters. Imagine if, lacking evidence, he had gotten off -- that would mean that every victim of Turd Terrorism would have to save the shit in order to prosecute. Cheers to the Green Bay judicial system for
