There is a Berkeley California artist named Richard List who has created something called 'Plop Art '-- installations made from toilets. He was arrested a few years ago trying to hang toilet seats from the granite scrollwork on the facade of San Francisco's city hall building. I have
not yet located the URL on that.

But this article is about an Englishman who, without knowing it, has created an independent interpretation of 'Plop Art'...great minds think alike.
