I am glad she won the case.

It is amazing that these medical mistakes happen. These doctors are people who went through years of medical training, and literally have peoples lives in their hands.

They should be heled accountable when they screw up.

Aaahhh! No shit they paid. The radiographer should have been taken out and given a 2 gallon tabasco enema.

It's a good thing it wasn't in the US. Here they would have blamed it on the woman, and she wouldn't have got a nickel, but the cost of our health insurance would have gone up 1%.

That's only $35,200. US. I think this is a small price to pay for this type of screw up.

I agree Bunga. These medical professions will raise our premiums in the drop of a hat, yet when the doctors screw up, they get let off the hook.

I am especially bitter towards doctors. Had the have been more carefull, my father and stepmother would still be alive.

This is one reason that I avoid going to doctors, unless it is absolutley a necessity.
