Flushing judge reprimanded

A judge who once showed his scorn for a lawyer's case by playing the sound of a flushing toilet was reprimanded Wednesday by Florida's Supreme Court. The court said Broward County Circuit Judge Sheldon Schapiro had repeatedly made courtroom remarks that were insensitive and inappropriate.

Schapiro, 66, stood silently while Chief Justice Harry Anstead scolded him for 13 violations of judicial rules. "Conduct such as yours strikes at the very core of public trust in the judicial system," Anstead said.

He also once asked an attorney, "Do you know what I think of your argument?" and then activated a device that made the sound of a toilet flushing.

Harry Anstead is full of "poop." "Chief Unjustice" Anstead informed me that I was perfectly right about a case in 1996, and that the Supreme Court made the rules to prevent such actions as happened to me. He informed me that "Some head honcho in Tallahassee must be making up his own laws," and that I should have never been arrested. His non-actions in my case seven years later, "Strikes at the very core of public trust in the Judicial system," as he ignored my two cases that took seven years to reach the Supreme Court...INCLUDING one that included Chief Judge Martha C. Warner of the Fourth DCA breaking countless Canons and ignoring countless laws. Why not...she had a vested interest in the outcome, so she just ignored laws, changed my case, and adopted exactly what the Supreme Court prohibited, in protecting a corrupt police force. Anstead has some nerve talking about ethics at all. Flush please... Remember to wash your hands...The Judicial system in Florida is disgusting. Case # SC02-2088 & SC02-2087 Florida Supreme Court.
