The doctor accused of injecting his patients with their own urine was sentenced to prison Tuesday. Richard Holland, 55, tried until the last minute to avoid the five-year sentence he had previously agreed to.

Holland speaks in his own unique gobbledygook, practicing what he called "applied kinesiology" out of his Schenectady office.

Prosecutors brought 71 charges against him for practicing medicine, dentistry and even veterinary medicine without proper licenses and apparently without proper training.
