A man was hospitalized Tuesday after being shot by a neighor during an argument
over a dog that defecated on a lawn, police said.
Police arrested Walter Travis, 68, on an accusation that he shot Michael Culver. Police said the two began arguing after Culver's dog relieved itself on Travis' lawn in the 4100 block of West 33rd Street.
