Champion of the Canadian waterways and our hero, Mr. Floatie is ready to have his day in court after his application to run for mayor of Victoria was denied due to the fact that he's "not a real person."

You may remember our little turd buddy as an agitator for modern sewage treatment in Victoria, which is notorious for dumping only screened raw sewage into the Strait of San Juan de Fuca.

In response to the denial, James Skwarok, the costumed hero of bilge everywhere (yeah, I know, shameless self aggrandizement), stated, "Of course I'm not a real person -- I'm a big piece of poop!"
