I just found this site, I can relate to allot of stuff posted. I had IBS my whole life and never knew it till I was 15 years old. I wouldn't shit for days, it was horrible. A whole year passed by till they gave me senna therapy, which has helped me for the last almost 8 years. I take it every other day, just to avoid any cramping, which is kind of unavoidable. I go about maybe 4-5 time a week on this therapy. People say its bad for you, but I rather go regularly than be constipated.
