I have the same problem, when i poop it bleed but like only when i poop is hard but like it hard to poop in general. i feel that my butt hole is really small or something because when i put my finger in my hole it wont go inside. This is serious. I also dont know if i do have cancer because it said something like if i bleed dark red then thats serious. Is there any other way to cure instead of going to the doctors because apparently my dad got layed off so we dont have medical insurance or medicare which i dont know about those things. Please help i dont want to die, i'm too young to die.

Basically, if the blood is bright red when you wipe, and the stool is hard, then you are definitely constipated. Eat more fibre and drink lots of clear water. But you may bleed for a few days while the little tears in your anus heal.

If the blood is dark red or looks like "old" blood, then it may come from deeper within your colon and could be more serious. See a doctor.

It's a myth also that you need to poop everyday. You don't. Whatever makes you feel comfortable is normal. If you only go once every 2-3 days, but your poop is soft and normal, not hard, and doesn't hurt or bleed, then you are probably ok.

i have been to the hospital twice and it has not helped at all, but when i poo it really hurts and i bleed very slightly. it hurts so much i panic and i tend to hold the poo in for a day cos i can not bear it. writing this is making me cry cos i really can not cope any more please help me!

I can never wipe my anus clean to my satisfaction so I keep wiping and wiping.thus my anus becomes inflamed and very sore after going to the toilet.At home now I try to wipe very little and then wash the area with soap and water to minimise the rubbing.

AC....It is also a fact that an anus that is regularly washed with soap and water (after each dump), is not as prone to develop hemorrhoids.

Lately it hurts a lot after I go poop. It feels like my sphincter throbs for hours. I go at least once if not twice a day. It all started yesterday when it felt like I was having the biggest poop of my life and I had a hard time pushing it out. It was extremely painful. I looked at it after and it was normal sized it was just dry around the edge. Today I went again and it felt like my sphincter was going to explode. The poop was not dry though and it was again very normal in size and colour. There was blood both times. (I'm guessing because I tore my sphincter but I don't know how) My sphincter still hurts. Is there anything I can do to make it better?
