Bear Drinks Out of Toilet Bowl

black bear, [1] who made his way into a house in Alaska, drank water out of the toilet bowl. The homeowner, Suey Linzmeier, says the bear also wiped his face in her husband's bathrobe. The bear gained access to the home though an open door. Suey said: "While he was in the bathroom I could hear him getting into the shower stall and wiggling around and then I heard him drink out of the toilet." Neil Barten, an area wildlife biologist with the Department of Fish and Game, says his office and the Juneau police are familiar with the large male adult bear. He says he hopes the bear will hibernate soon because they will have to kill it if it keeps getting into trouble.
