Dealer Busted for Selling Girls' Freshly-Soiled Underwear

A 43-year-old Japanese store operator who sold women's used underwear [1] to waiting male customers has been busted by the police for selling secondhand items without Metropolitan government permission. Girls were on hand in the store and customers could chose one of them to remove their underwear for purchase. The store called Final Fantasia is located in Tokyo's Shibuya district.
