At last, a superfluous lawsuit LOST.
====================
A woman who said she became ill after being struck in the head by a toilet door at McDonald's has lost a compensation bid against the fast-food giant.
The 67-year-old woman claimed she had suffered a range of conditions such as headaches and dizziness since another customer barged into an unlocked toilet at a Perth McDonald's, hitting her in the head with the door [1].
Magdalena Fuderer, a former shop assistant at the plaza in which the McDonald's was located, said she had been keeping the door closed with her foot because the lock was broken.
But she said, as she rose to leave, the door opened forcefully, hitting her in the head and pushing her against the toilet wall.
