The doctor accused of injecting his patients with their own urine was sentenced to prison Tuesday. Richard Holland, 55, tried until the last minute to avoid the five-year sentence he had previously agreed to.

Holland speaks in his own unique gobbledygook, practicing what he called "applied kinesiology [1]" out of his Schenectady office.

Prosecutors brought 71 charges against him for practicing medicine, dentistry and even veterinary medicine without proper licenses and apparently without proper training.
