The Journey

By George Eliot Butterz
Created Apr 6 2006 - 9:44am
With a wiggle and a shake
And this log's about to break --
Sliding and a-gliding
Through the waves she's riding --
Down, downstream
Unto the dirty lake.

With two days' solid feeding,
This pup's been slowly breeding --
Growing and bestowing
Her hate upon me knowing
This outward journey's nigh --
And now my arse is bleeding.

So ‘pon the throne sit I,
Brown baby set to fly --
Squirming, reaffirming
This worm is slowly turning --
Full, full circle;
I loudly moan and sigh.

A breached birth encounter --
Once lost, but now I've found her
Dripping, quietly sipping
The water where she's dipping:
Flat, deep-sunken,
Like a filthy flounder.

With my work almost done,
The battle's all but won;
Cropping and a-lopping
Every surplus dropping.
Complete, with garnish,
But her journey's just begun.

This daily border break
My arse marauder makes,
Sliding, gently gliding
Through the waves she's riding --
Down, downstream
Unto the dirty lake.
