Ok, I noticed a bump on the upper part of my ass crack the other day (yes another ass question) because it was feeling like a needle was being poked in my ass. So took a gander at it and there is this bump that looks like a swollen marble is sticking out of my ass. Now, I recall have something like this every so often when I was younger, but after awhile eventually went away. I pushed on it with my finger and it is fairly firm and sticks out. Do you have any idea what this may be. I read your article on DD but I dont have any other symptoms besides the big ass bump in my ass crack.

This sounds like just another case of "Pilonidal cyst" to me. See a doctor to be sure. If infected, it can be drained and treated.
