With Dave spending a month in India eating nothing but Indian food, what will happen to his bowels?

The Ganges will pale next to his constant rushes of muddy water.
He'll spend a few days as a curry factory, but will adjust soon enough.
As the editor of PoopReport, Dave's bowels are by definition as hard as an elephant's tusk. He'll see no change.
Dave will be one of "those" tourists: so frightened by foreign amenities that he just holds it in until he returns.
