My favorite was from Jackass the Movie as well, but it was the scene in which they test drive a toilet at the hardware store.

Mine would be the time I sharted half way through "Love Story", although it wasn't funny at the time.

Not Another Teen Movie: Three guys fall out of the ceiling ductwork onto a girl on the toilet. All four of them crash through the floor and into the classroom downstairs, where the room is then showered with excrement.

I like the Leslie Nielsen scene in "Naked Gun". As Frank Drebin, Nielsen unknowingly keeps his wireless mic turned on while evacuating himself.

Although it was on tv (I dont watch many movies) I'll never forget the Roseann episode where Becky accidently cuts the cheese in class. Classic line when Roseann tells Dan "You need to go up and talk to her, this is more your area of expertise".

I voted dumb and dumber, but there should be a jackass in general category. So many times was I killing myself laughing during those jackass movies.

I went with Cheech and Chong - guess it's a throw-back to my old stoner days...

I voted D&D, it had a great poop scene, although battle shits (hal and kumar goes to white castle) should have been up there. And yes the jackass skit goin on the pot in the hardware store was one of the best ever.

Trainspotting - the scene where Spud manages to cover his girlfriend and her parents with the contents of his diarrhea filled bedsheets while they eat breakfast.

I went with Cheech and Chong - Not only because it's hilarious but also because I've never seen any of the other movies.

There's a scene in Car Wash where a girl goes to take a dump, and one of the other employees sees her go into the restroom, and he borrows his buddies hat, and peers into the window at her, freaking her out. That was kind of funny.

How could you not mention the "Battleshit" scene in Harold & Kumar Go To White Castle? IMO, far funnier than any of these movies!

I still get a chuckle from the fartin' scene in Blazing Saddles. Its not poop, but its hysterical. Mel Brooks is a genius.

Thunderbox, that was the first scene i thought of too. but that's a different kind of funny, i think. the other options are from comedies. and while Trainspotting may have its moments, it's definitely NOT a comedy.

i also think the scene from Joe Dirt when he has that tank of crap strapped to his back and it erupts onto him is just as funny as the rest (if not funnier).

He was talking about how the words f**k and shit go together. He said something to the effect that "if you cant f**k, tough shit, but if you cant shit, you're f**ked.

also, it just occurred to me that the Austin Powers scene in the options isn't even the funniest poop scene. though, i suppose it might not even count as a poop scene, since there's not actual pooping in involved. i'm talking about in the first one, when he's in the stall fighting the guy, and Tom Arnold is in the next stall and thinks he's taking a massive dump because of all the noise. he wasn't actually pooping, but it was still a funny scene that involved the concept of poop. so i say it counts!

Jenny and I were watching Flushed Away last night. (DVD rental selection is slim pickings here in India.) The movie has a few very, very subtle adult jokes. One that shocked me with its wit (and with the goatse-esque imagery it aroused in my mind) was when one of the two rat goons says he has a gut feeling about something. The other says: "It's just that curry you had last night, Spike. I'm the same, I've got a bum like the Japanese flag."

I'm surprised that no one has mentioned the scene from Van Wilder where Gwen (Tara Reid) gives Richard a laxative just prior to his med school exam. The following discomfort and embarrassment during the test is only topped by the final release in front of the interview panel into a garbage can. Anyone who has had few stressful tests in college should know how true to life that shituation can be.

Just now voted for other - I think the scene in Pink Flamingoes is funny, when Divine receives a "package" in the mail. Then he/she said, "oh my god, someone has sent me a bowel movement!"
But be careful who you watch this movie with, it has been known to ruin relationships.
