The stomach mingles with the duodenum,
And the jejunum with the colon,
The winds of one's arse mix forever
With a flatulent emotion;
Nothing in the world is single,
Not even one's poop, divine!
In one another's being mingle --
Why not mine with thine?
See the mountains kiss high heaven
And the waves clasp one another;
No fart-blast would be forgiven
If it flowered its lover:
As the sunlight clasps the earth,
And the moonbeams kiss the sea --
What are all these verses worth,
If thou kisseth not ever, me?
