How often do you really wash your hands?

I wash my hands after using the toilet every time, poop or pee.
I only wash my hands after pooping.
I only wash my hands if I think I got something on them.
I only wash my hands if someone else is in the bathroom (i.e. public restroom) so they don't know I don't wash my hands.
I usually wash my hands, but sometimes I'll skip it if I'm in a hurry.
I'm a germophobe and wash my hands before, during, and after using the toilet or being in a bathroom.
Other, please explain.
