If you spend an extended amount of time on the toilet reading, at what point during that time does the actual pooping occur?

I poop at the beginning and continue to read until I'm at a good stopping point.
Somewhere in the middle.
At the very end. The reading occupies me while my poop prepares for departure.
I poop the whole time and finish reading when I've finished pooping.
It varies.
Other - please explain.
