A non-retarded/severely mentally disabled adult smearing feces on a regular basis is a whole different kind of crazy.

I couldn't find a single case of an America adult of normal intelligence who regularly engaged in fecal smearing. There have got to be other cases somewhere that I am missing, but this is extremely rare.

Rare enough for me to question the validity of the recounting of events and the subsequent apology.
