Googled "how to drink mag. citrate" before a colonsoscopy. Couldn't find any information on how to get that stuff down but spent the rest of the night laughing my ass off. I never did manage to get that stuff down, never got the colonoscopy, but have had sidesplitting laughs reading these stories.
