I used to have horrible IBS attacks every day... and then I tried food combining. Now I have IBS NO MORE! :)
I also have no more carpel tunnel, no more arthritis, I'm sleeping better at night, and I'm dropping 3 pounds per week--all from doing nothing more than watching how I eat certain foods together.
... and then I shared this site with my future hubby, who liked it so much he bought me Dave's book (which I read in the bathroom of course) along with a few other poopy trinkets from the Pootique for what turned out to be, literally, my crappiest birthday ever! :)
