I used to have chronic constipation, and finally figured out that I was not eating enough fiber. During my constipation phase I was a "shameful shitter." Now that I have remedied my problem with fiber, I am happy to report that I am a "shameless shitter." Now, the best time of every day is when I'm relaxing on the pot and manage to gently push out some nice firm turds followed by a decent size fart or two.
Generally speaking the air assisted ones. I love to hear those things go off. However, my favorite bathroom of all time was an outhouse I got to use for a week or so while hunting in Colorado.
